Every year on 7 July, civil and religious patronal celebrations are held in Aielli in honour of the patroness, the Madonna della Vittoria (Our Lady of Victory).
On 9 May the evening procession in honour of the same patroness takes place. In 2021 a panel 52 metres long carrying the transcription of Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy was inaugurated in the village. The municipality also holds the Chiesa della Santissima Trinità, the Torre di Aielli and the Museo della Luna.
