The patron of San Benedetto dei Marsi is Saint Vincent Ferrer, celebrated on the first Sunday of June; the following Monday, the co-patron, Saint Benedict of Nursia, is celebrated.
On 26, 27 and 28 August, celebrations are held for Saint Maria Goretti, whose relic is brought to the Marsican town from Corinaldo, where it is kept: hundreds of motorcyclists gather from the surrounding area to accompany it in a distinctive motorcycle procession to the parish church. The town also holds the Roman amphitheatre of Marruvium and the Church of Santa Sabina.
