The patron of Balsorano is Saint George the Martyr, celebrated on 23 April.
In the hamlet of Roccavivi, a procession is held with the statue of Our Lady of Grace, venerated in the church dedicated to her. The town also holds the Castello Piccolomini and the Hermitage of Sant'Onofrio, as well as the Grotta di Sant'Angelo.
