In the second half of August Civita d'Antino holds the feast of its patron Santo Stefano and the one in honour of San Lidano; the municipality holds the Chiesa di Santo Stefano Protomartire. A canvas of 1890 by Kristian Zahrtmann depicts the feast of San Lidano in Civita d'Antino.
On the second-to-last Sunday of August the procession to the hermitage of Santa Maria della Ritornata takes place. Between October and November the barrel race is held, a team competition that revives the old trade of the cellar workers who rolled barrels along a route through the town.
