The patron of Trasacco is Saint Cesidius, celebrated annually on 31 August in the Basilica of Santi Cesidio e Rufino.
On 16 January, the feast of Saint Anthony is held, with the theatrical performance called «Mascaritte» along the streets of the historic centre. In the first week of May, the period when Sant'Angelo is celebrated, the men go on pilgrimage to the Shrine of the Madonna di Candelecchia, then reach the cave of Sant'Angelo at Balsorano on foot. The town also holds the Torre Febonio and the Grotta Continenza cave.
