The feasts in honour of Villavallelonga's patron, San Leucio, are held every year on 2 September; San Nicola and San Rocco are also celebrated around the same time.
On 17 January, for the feast of Sant'Antonio abate, the ancient rite of the Panarda is celebrated. The municipality also holds the Madonna della Lanna, the Madonna delle Grazie, the Giardino botanico 'Loreto Grande' and part of the Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise.
