The patrons of Simeri Crichi are Saint Nicholas of Bari, Saint Sebastian and Our Lady of Sorrows of the «Cona», celebrated together on the third Sunday of September in the Church of San Nicola di Bari.

The town also holds the Byzantine Castle and the Church of Santa Maria di Acquaviva.
