The patron saint of Orzinuovi is Saint Bartholomew, celebrated on 24 August.
The Regional Fair of Orzinuovi, organized annually since 1948, began as an agricultural market fair and is usually held between late August and early September. In 1955, from 25 to 29 August, it hosted the first Festival Orceano della Canzone, organized with RAI, SIAE and Sedrim, drawing over 248 songwriters with as many songs. The town holds the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and the Sanctuary of the Madonnina dell'Oglio, as well as the Rocca San Giorgio.
