The patron of Corinaldo is Saint Anne, celebrated on 26 July.
On the third Sunday of July, «La Contesa del Pozzo della Polenta» is held, a historical re-enactment in sixteenth-century costume, begun in the late 1970s and the oldest such re-enactment in the province of Ancona. The Sala del costume e delle tradizioni popolari holds the finest and most majestic costumes, made every year by the association's tailoring workshops specifically for the event. The town also holds the Walls of Corinaldo and the Carlo Goldoni Theatre.
