The patron saint of Squinzano is Saint Nicholas of Bari, celebrated on 6 December in the Church of San Nicola di Myra, with its distinctive modern-style oval structure, built in carparo stone and concrete.
Inside it holds a giant mosaic by the Mellini firm of Florence, depicting the temple's titular Virgin. The town also holds the Torre Specchiolla and the Sanctuary of the Santissima Annunziata, as well as the Church of San Giuseppe.
