The patron of Coreglia Antelminelli is the Archangel Michael, celebrated on 8 May in the Church of San Michele Arcangelo.
The first Saturday of August brings the Medieval Feast: townspeople recreate the atmosphere of the ancient Vicaria, in costumes, music and entertainment, with crossbowmen and flag-wavers. Among the town's other feasts, the «Norcini a Castello» feast and the Living Nativity open the tower and the fortress in the old quarter to the public, while the Tripe Feast enlivens the town fair. The town also holds the Tower of Castruccio Castracani.
