The patron saint of Camisano Vicentino is Saint Nicholas, celebrated on 6 December.
Since 1961, the Palio delle Contrade has been run: the first edition, on 24 September of that year, saw seven districts compete — Vanzo Nuovo, Vanzo Vecchio, Pomari Centro, Pozzetto, Seghe, Badia and Rampazzo. The town also holds the Spring Fair, on the second Sunday of May, and the Rosary Fair at Santa Maria di Camisano, on the first Sunday of October. The town also holds the Parish Church of Santa Maria Maddalena and Villa Capra Barbaran.
