The patron of Mozzagrogna is Saint Roch, celebrated on 16 August in the Church of San Rocco, with a procession and patronal feast in Piazza San Rocco.
On 20 January comes the procession of the statue of Saint Sebastian, with the sale in the square of crispelle, fried potato sweets. The first Sunday of August brings the feast of Santa Maria della Vittoria at Villa Romagnoli, and on 8 December comes the procession of the statue of the Madonna. The town holds the Church of Santa Maria Imbaro and the Church of Santa Vittoria.
