The patron of Torino di Sangro is Our Lady of Loreto, celebrated starting the last Sunday of May for three days, with the climax on the following Monday.
The statue of the Madonna is placed in the sacristy, where it is covered with gilded garments and gold jewelry, anciently donated by the townspeople. On the afternoon of the second day of the feast, products are auctioned off; the feast ends with fireworks. The town overlooks the Lecceta Regional Nature Reserve and the Spiaggia delle Morge.
