The patron of Sant'Eusanio del Sangro is Saint Philip Neri, celebrated on 26 May.
On 9 July comes the feast in honour of Saint Eusanius, the saint who gives the town its name. On the evening before the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, it is traditional to light great bonfires. The town overlooks the Lago di Serranella controlled nature reserve and holds the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and Palazzo Finamore.
