The patron of Roccacasale is Saint Michael the Archangel, celebrated on 8 May and 29 September, to whom the Chiesa di San Michele Arcangelo is dedicated; in August Saint Roch and Saint Anthony are celebrated.
Since 1999 the Festa delle Fate (Fairies' Festival) has been held, tied to the castle and fortified centre of Colle delle Fate: in 2002 it hosted the second edition of the Premio Cesare Torelli, a photographic exhibition retracing the history of the festival, and «Il Castello e il Centro fortificato di Colle delle Fate» was published for the first time. Roccacasale's traditional costume dates from the 19th century, but its present form from an 18th-century painting.
