On 19 March Pazzano celebrates the patronal feast of Saint Joseph with a procession of the patron's statue; among the typical dishes of the day is pasta e ceci (pasta and chickpeas).
The feast of the Most Holy Saviour, on the first Sunday after 5 August, is the most important in the town and draws the largest crowd: it lasts three days, with a procession of the saint's statue, the night vigil and the traditional «Cumprunti». On 14 and 15 August there is the pilgrimage to the grotto sanctuary of the Madonna della Stella, and on the first Sunday of September the feast of Saint Roch.
