The most important feast of Serrata is that of Saint Pantaleon the martyr (San Pantaleone martire), patron of the village, on 27 July; the municipality holds the Chiesa di San Pantaleone. The civil celebrations in honour of the saint include concerts, firework displays and the traditional dance of the Giganti (giants).
The other religious festivities of the year are the Festa di San Giuseppe, on 19 March, the Affruntata, on Easter Sunday, and the Festa di San Rocco, on 16 August.
