The patrons of Domicella are Saint Nicholas of Bari and Saint Philip Neri, celebrated on 26 May; the Chiesa dei Santi Nicola e Gregorio Magno is dedicated to Saint Nicholas, together with Saint Gregory the Great.
The municipality also holds the Chiesa dei Santi Giovanni e Martino, the Chiesa dei Santi Cosma e Damiano and the Eremo di San Michele.
