The patron of Pietradefusi is Saint Faustinus the Martyr, venerated together with Saint Jovita and celebrated on 15 February. The civil observance of the feast instead takes place on the second Sunday of August.
The town holds the Torre Aragonese, the Church of San Paolo and the Terrazza Panoramica, as well as the Parco Padre Pio.
