The patron of Durazzano is Saint Vincent Ferrer, celebrated on 5 April.
The area is crossed by the Acquedotto Carolino, the great eighteenth-century work built for the Royal Palace of Caserta, of which the Torrino 28 tower remains visible. The town holds the Church of Sant'Angelo, the Church of Santa Maria del Suffragio, the Church of Santa Maria di Costantinopoli and the Church of the Annunziata.
