The patron saint of Palma Campania is Saint Blaise, celebrated on 3 February.
Palma Campania is known for its century-old Carnevale delle Quadriglie, one of the town's most important events, with dozens of live concerts, hundreds of musicians and over a thousand percussionists playing traditional instruments. It is a carnival unlike any other, where allegorical floats are even a secondary element: the event unfolds over three days, the most important of which is Shrove Tuesday. The town also holds the Church of San Michele Arcangelo in Stella and the remains of the Roman aqueduct.
