The patron of Monghidoro is Our Lady of the Assumption, celebrated on 15 August in the Church of Santa Maria Assunta.

Near Triton's Park, a small adventure park, a picnic area hosts a gastronomic fair during Ferragosto. Some folk traditions say the mountain is inhabited by sprites. The territory also holds the Mulino del Piattello and the Mulino del Cancelliere watermills.
