The patron saint of Forlimpopoli is Saint Rufillus, celebrated on 16 May.
During Lent, the Segavecchia is held, a traditional carnival-style feast drawing the whole population, with stalls of sweets and dried fruit, fireworks and a parade of allegorical floats built by Forlimpopoli's hamlets. In June, the Festa Artusiana is held, celebrating the food and wine tradition of the town that gave birth to Pellegrino Artusi. The town holds the Church of the Madonna del Popolo and the Rocca di Forlimpopoli.
