The patron saint of Concordia sulla Secchia is Saint Paul the Apostle, celebrated on 25 January in the Church of the Conversion of Saint Paul the Apostle.
The All Saints' Fair, a town fair dating back to the 16th century, is held around the 1 and 2 November holidays and draws around 30,000 visitors each year from nearby towns and beyond. On the morning of 23 April 1945, the first American soldier arrived in Concordia, welcomed by the celebrating population, the leaders of the National Liberation Committee and the partisans. The town also holds Palazzo Corbelli and the Teatro del Popolo.
