The patron saint of Albinea is Saint Cajetan, celebrated on 7 August in the Church of San Gaetano di Thiene.
From 2 to 5 September the traditional Fiera della Fola is held. In mid-June the Sagra del Lambrusco takes place, dedicated to the typical Reggio wine, and between late October and early November the Autumn Festival, an occasion for the municipality's associations to introduce themselves and for shopkeepers to display their products, with stalls typically frying ciccioli pork cracklings. The town also holds the Castello di Albinea and Villa Arnò.
