The patron saint of Gemona del Friuli is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 13 June.
The town holds the Cathedral of Gemona del Friuli and the Museum of the parish church and cathedral treasury, as well as the Castle of Gemona and the Church of Ognissanti.
