The patron of Povoletto is Saint Clement, celebrated on 23 November in the Church of San Clemente.
The fourth week of August sees the Quarte d'Avost held in Povoletto, one of the oldest fairs in Friuli. At the end of April, in the hamlet of Primulacco, the Festa dei fiori is held instead, while in June the International Competition for Young Instrumentalists takes place, organized by the Euritmia Cultural Music Association. The town also holds the Castello della Motta.
