The patron of Filettino is Saint Bernardino of Siena, celebrated on 20 May: the feast lasts a week in May with liturgies in honour of the patron saint, accompanied by food and wine stands and entertainment events; the Chiesa di San Bernardino and the Cona San Bernardino are dedicated to him.
The calendar of feasts continues with that of Our Lady of Sorrows, on the last Sunday of July, and the Feast of the Name of Mary, in September; its territory holds the Museo civico, Monte Cotento and Campo Staffi.
