The patron of Lenola is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June.
The town hosts the «Inventa un Film» international short film festival and keeps traditions such as the old threshing fair, the Environment Feast and the Feast of the Madonna del Colle. The town also holds the Monastery of Sant'Elia and the Church of San Bernardo.
