The patron of Cantalice is Saint Felix of Cantalice, celebrated on 18 May in the Santuario di San Felice all'Acqua.
The saint's statue, dressed in the traditional Capuchin habit, is carried in procession by the confraternity's members along the stairs of the old town, amid music and cultural events. The town holds Palazzo Ramacogi, the Torrione del Cassero and the Church of San Gregorio.
