The patron saint of Vetralla is Saint Hippolytus, celebrated on 13 August.
The town holds the Monastery Regina Pacis and the Hermitage of San Girolamo, as well as the Church of the Madonna della Folgore and the rock-cut Sanctuary of Demetra-Vei-Cerere.
