The patron of Moglia is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 29 August in the Church of San Giovanni Battista.
On the fourth Sunday of July, the Moglia Fair is held, including a concert; in September, the Polenta Festival is celebrated, with an exhibition of old objects and food stalls with polenta, tripe and other specialities. On the second Sunday of October, the Sagra di Bondanello, also called the Sagra di San Luigi, is also held. The town also holds the Parco delle Golene Foce Secchia.
