The patron of Mezzana Rabattone is San Giovanni Battista (Saint John the Baptist), celebrated on the third Sunday of October; the village holds the Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista.
Every year, in May, the procession in honour of the Madonna stops to say the Holy Rosary. The village also has a small chapel (cappelletta) whose interior has drapery made of cement and rags to imitate a grotto. Among the natural places of the municipality are the Oasi dell'airone cinerino (grey heron oasis) and the Bosco Arcadia.
