The patron saint of Filottrano is Saint Michael the Archangel, celebrated on 8 May.
On the first Sunday of August, the «Contesa dello Stivale» is held; the first Sunday of September brings «Mitici anni 60». The hamlets fill the year with their own fairs: the Walnut Fair at Cantalupo in August, the Rabbit Porchetta-Style Fair at San Biagio in July, and the Goose Fair and Spring Feast at Sant'Ignazio. The town also holds the Church of San Francesco and the Collegiata dell'Assunta.
