The patron of Serra de' Conti is Blessed Gherardo of Serra de' Conti, celebrated on 16 November.
Every autumn, the Festa della cicerchia is held, dedicated to the area's typical legume, usually held over three days from Friday to Sunday. In summer, in the second half of August, the NotteNera festival is held instead, a cultural event during which the lights of the historic centre are switched off for a night of cultural and artistic activities. The town also holds the Civic Tower and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie.
