The patrons of Mombaroccio are Saints Vitus and Modestus, celebrated on 15 June; the municipality holds the Chiesa dei Santi Vito e Modesto.
The municipality also holds the Convento del Beato Sante, the Palazzo Del Monte and the Museo della civiltà contadina, grotte e arte sacra (museum of peasant civilisation, caves and sacred art).
