The patroness of Latiano is Saint Margaret, celebrated on 20 July.
On Good Friday, the fine statues of the Mysteries are carried in procession: in 1656, the Archconfraternity of the Dead took over the governance of the church that holds them, placing itself under the protection of two cardinals. The town also holds the Ribezzi-Petrosillo house museum and the Old Sanctuary of Santissima Maria di Cotrino.
