The patron saint of Mesagne is Our Lady of Mount Carmel, celebrated from 15 to 17 July.
The Chiesa Matrice di Tutti Santi, the town's main place of worship, holds two 17th-century paintings depicting Our Lady of Mount Carmel and Our Lady of Sorrows, placed in two chapels of the church. Made by artists from Lecce, the statues of the town's two patron saints are carried in procession every year in September. The municipal territory also holds the Roman baths of Malvindi and the Muro Tenente archaeological park.
