Botrugno celebrates Saints Oronzo, Giusto and Fortunato from 25 to 27 August, following the Watermelon Festival on 17 August.

The patrons of Botrugno are Saints Oronzo, Giusto and Fortunato, celebrated from 25 to 27 August. The patronal feast closes a summer of local events, including the Sagra dell'Anguria (watermelon festival) organized by the CTG GIS group on 17 August.

The town holds the Chapel of the Madonna del Carmine, the Church of the Madonna di Costantinopoli and Largo San Pio.
