The patron of Tuglie is Mary Most Holy Annunciated, celebrated on 25 March in the Church of Maria Santissima Annunziata.
The feast's origins date back to the mid-eighteenth century: the cattle fair was granted by King Charles III of Bourbon of Naples, around 1750, before he became King of Spain. The town also holds the Monteprino Menhir and the Shrine of the Madonna del Montegrappa.
