The patron of Palagianello is Our Lady of Grace, celebrated on Easter Monday in the Shrine and Crypt of the Madonna delle Grazie.
It is an ancient tradition that the Procession of the Mysteries sets off from the small church on Good Friday. The prompt reconstruction of the facade and a new bell, dated 1898, bear witness to the community's fervent attachment to the age-old shrine. The town also holds the Castello Caracciolo, whose south facade bears the family's coat of arms.
