The patron of Posada is Saint Anthony the Abbot, celebrated on 17 January in the Parish Church of Sant'Antonio Abate, with a celebration in the piazza where a great bonfire is lit.
Among the town's other festivals, the main one celebrates the Madonna del Soccorso, on the first Sunday after Easter, while at the end of September comes the rural festival at the shrine of San Michele. The town holds the Castello della Fava and the Torre di San Giovanni.
