The patroness of Seneghe is the Immaculate Conception, celebrated on 8 December, to whom the Chiesa di Maria Immacolata is dedicated.
On 20 January the town also celebrates co-patron Saint Sebastian the Martyr, elevated to that role after his intercession was invoked by residents during the late-17th-century plague: since then, the "quarant'ore di san Sebastiano" have been celebrated as a votive tradition.
