The patron of Fluminimaggiore is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 13 June in the Church of Sant'Antonio di Padova.
Between July and August, the Antas Music Festival is held, at the Temple of Antas, an important Punic-Roman archaeological site with an adjoining nuragic settlement. On 31 December, «Is Candeberis» is also held. The town also holds the Ethnographic Museum and the Roman quarries of Antas.
