The patron saint of Guspini is Saint Nicholas of Bari, celebrated on 6 December.
The town's most important religious event is the feast of Santa Maria di Malta at Ferragosto, marked by eight days, from 14 to 22 August, of cultural and recreational events. Other religious feasts include that of Don Bosco, in January, and that of Saint Pius X, in September; the rural churches also celebrate the feast of Saint Isidore in spring. The town holds the archaeological area of Neapolis and the site of Perdas Longas, as well as the Montevecchio Mining Museum.
