The patron of Villa Lagarina is Our Lady of the Assumption, celebrated on 15 August in the Church of Santa Maria Assunta.
During July, in Piazza della Fontana, the Festa dell'Anguria (Watermelon Festival) is held, while in mid-September the Festa del Borgoantico takes place, dedicated to traditional cuisine and to discovering the palaces, parks and institutions of the historic centre. The town also holds the Castello di Castellano and Lake Cei.
