The patron of Arcidosso is Saint Nicholas, celebrated on 6 December in the Church of San Niccolò.
Other traditions are held in the hamlets of the territory: at San Lorenzo, the «L'Aquilaia» association organizes the Poetry Feast every year, while at Le Macchie the potato fair is held, tied to local production. The town also holds the Monte Labbro nature reserve and the Pieve di Santa Maria a Lamula.
