The patron of Piazzola sul Brenta is the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, celebrated on 8 September.
On the last Sunday of every month, the Antiques and Bygone Things Market is held in the main square. In July, the Piazzola Live Festival was held, a series of concerts at the Anfiteatro Camerini which changed its name to the Hydrogen Festival from 2011, bringing artists such as Carlos Santana and Mark Knopfler to the stage in 2013. The town also holds Villa Contarini and the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie.
