On 11 July Roccaspinalveti celebrates the patronal feast dedicated to Saint Pius (Pius I).
On 16 January, the eve of the feast of Saint Anthony the Abbot, the popular occasion known as «lu sand'Andonie» is celebrated through the streets of the village, with groups of people playing instruments typical of the tradition and recounting episodes about the cult of the saint. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di San Michele, the Chiesa di Santa Maria, the Chiesa di San Cataldo and the Cappella di Santa Giusta.
